Mr Lim, 43, has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, treasury, risk management and investments, with extensive background in public companies listed on the Singapore Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange. He will oversee the finance, accounting and treasury functions of the group.

Tan Chee Keong: Will be appointed chief financial officer today. Mr Tan, 52, used to be the chief financial officer of PT Berlian Laju Tanker, an Indonesian chemical tanker operator.

Tan Thay Wooi: Ceased to be chief financial officer last Wednesday. Mr Tan, 48, left to pursue other opportunities.

Spring Singapore

Poon Hong Yuen: Will be appointed chief executive on Nov 1. Mr Poon, 46, is the deputy secretary with the Ministry of Law. He takes over from Mr Tan Kai Hoe, who left at end-July for the private sector.

Mr Poon was also previously the chief executive officer of the National Parks Board from August 2010 to February 2014.

Mr Poon graduated with a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering (First Class Honours) from Britain's Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in 1993.

He was conferred the Public Administrative Medal (Silver) in 2008.
