Siaw Lu Howe: Appointed interim chief executive on Sept 5. Mr Siaw has interests in hospitality, real estate and mining services businesses, located primarily in Sarawak, Malaysia. He also has an interest in Ultimate Horizon, which intends to make a mandatory general offer for Blumont.

Wang Tingbao: Resigned as executive director and chief executive on Sept 8. Due to a change in shareholding and a new strategy put in place by management, Mr Wang stepped down as part of the group's restructuring strategy.

SBI Offshore

Chan Lai Thong: Resigned as executive director and chief executive with effect from Aug 31, the company said. The company had earlier announced his cessation on Aug 21, but had not been able to confirm the contents of these announcements with Mr Chan. Mr Chan has said that the terms of the cessation remain unresolved.
