Mr Greenway, 51, had previously worked with Courts in various positions between 2001 and 2015. He was appointed last Tuesday.
He was previously chief operating officer for Fantastic Furniture Australia. Roy Santoso: Resigning as country CEO (Indonesia), with effect from July 31. Mr Santoso, 47, was appointed in July 2013.
Tritech Group Limited
Dr Loh Chang Kaan: Appointed as non-executive director with effect from last Friday.
Dr Loh, 48, was responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of Terratech Group, now known as Capital World, between March 2013 to last month.
He had served as Tritech's executive director and non-executive director between June 2008 and July 2014.

Yang Yinghua: Appointed as executive director from June 18. Mr Yang, 50, will be responsible for the management and operation of the company and group.
He was director at Hai Na Chuang Zhan Investment Company and Guangdong Hua Xu Industrial Investment Company.
Gao Hong: Appointed as executive director from June 18. Mr Gao, 40, will be responsible for the management and operation of the company and group.
He is an executive director of On Real International as well as Seamless Green China (Holdings).

Peter James O'Donnell: Stepped down as independent non-executive director with effect from last Tuesday. Mr O'Donnell, 55, has been invited by the company to take on an executive role as special adviser to the chairman on corporate strategy.
Koda Limited
Joshua Koh Zhu Xian: Re-designated from group chief financial officer to chief executive officer of the company's subsidiary, Commune Lifestyle, with effect from last Monday.
Following the re-designation, Mr Koh, 34, will cease to act as the group's chief financial officer.
Lim Swee Hua: Appointed group chief financial officer with effect from last Monday.
Mr Lim, 40, was previously Kitchen Culture Holdings' chief financial officer and company secretary.
