The family of embattled oil tycoon Lim Oon Kuin is "deeply disappointed" that they have not been given a "reasonable opportunity" to respond to allegations of fraud, among other things, in the interim judicial manager's report.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the Lim family said they have not been "given a reasonable opportunity to put forward facts and arguments in justification of his conduct, and to respond to any criticism against him".
