1 Tung Lok said that its My Humble House in Beijing (Restaurant) Company has received a civil complaint from Beijing-based China National Decoration, which is asking for 1.554 million yuan (S$340,000) which the Tung Lok unit disputes. It is counter-claiming.

2 SGX will delist China Hongcheng which is on the SGX watchlist of financially-embattled firms. Its shares will trade until Oct 1 at 5.05pm before being suspended. China Hongcheng has to make a reasonable exit offer to shareholders.

3 China Kunda Technology, which is also on the SGX watchlist, said that it has been granted a 12-month extension till September next year to meet the requirements entitling the company to exit the watchlist.

4 Cedar Strategic announced that Baker Tilly Consultancy is still conducting its independent review of the disbursements of the company and some of its subsidiaries for the financial years ended Dec 31, 2013 and 2014.

5 CapitaLand said its serviced residence unit The Ascott has clinched four contracts to manage more than 850 units in four Asian countries. The new contracts mark Ascott's first property in Miri (Malaysia), Yogyakarta (Indonesia), Seoul (South Korea) and Vietnam.
