US select-service hotels worth checking out

ARA US Hospitality Trust became the first pure-play United States hospitality portfolio to be listed on the Singapore Exchange mainboard when it debuted on May 9.

Its initial portfolio comprises 38 Hyatt-branded select-service hotels totalling 4,950 rooms and is geographically diversified across 21 states in the US. These select-service hotels are franchised under the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House brands and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, the largest independent hotel management company in the US.
