Resale condos are back in vogue in Singapore

The private resale market is making a solid comeback after a hiatus of two years.

About 8,880 condominium units were sold last year, over 16 per cent higher than the 7,550 or so units sold in 2019. Moreover, in the first six months of this year, around 7,520 transactions were recorded, surpassing the full-year sales from 2013 to 2016.
