Developers sold 1,531 private residential units, excluding executive condominiums, in the third quarter of this year - a significant drop from the 2,665 units sold in the second quarter.
This mirrored launch activity, as developers launched 1,294 uncompleted private residential units for sale during the quarter, less than half of the 2,843 units launched in the previous quarter.
