Four industrial sites will be put up for tender under the Industrial Government Land Sales programme in the second half of this year.
This is "part of the Government's efforts to offer more choices for industrial development", JTC and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said in a joint press release on Thursday.
Two of the sites are in Tuas South and the other two are in Gambas Crescent. They have a combined land area of 3.4 ha.
The Tuas South sites each have a land tenure of 21 years and nine months, and are zoned for Business 2 development, which is suitable for heavy industries.
The Gambas Crescent sites each have a land tenure of 30 years and are zoned for Business 1 development, which is for light industrial use.
