China to lower threshold for foreign investment in 2016

BEIJING (REUTERS) - China will lower the threshold for foreign investment this year, Commerce Ministry spokesman Shen Danyang said on Wednesday (March 2).

China attracted US$126.3 billion (S$177 billion), or 781.4 billion yuan, in non-financial foreign direct investment (FDI) in 2015, up 6.4 per cent from 2014.
