Transfer pricing (TP) functional analysis is a critical aspect for companies. A proper analysis provides strong supporting documentation on where value is created.

Myanmar, branded by the International Monetary Fund as Asia's "final frontier", has a population of 60 million and GDP growth per capita of 7 to 8 per cent annually.
Its relatively young consumer market offers great potential for suppliers of basic goods and services, and the country is connected to China, India, Bangladesh, Thailand and Laos, providing access to a market of approximately three billion people.
In a move to expand the investment opportunities, the list of activities a foreign investor is allowed to carry out only under a joint venture with a Myanmar citizen or company has been cut significantly.
This seminar will highlight the sectors affected and how the move spells potential opportunity for investors and companies.
