SINGAPORE - European asset manager Tikehau Capital and family investment firm Financiere Agache became the first sponsor group to file for the listing of a special purpose acquisition company (Spac) in Singapore.

This will be seen as a vote of confidence in the new rules announced by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) last month that made it the first Asian bourse to host Spacs.
