SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Thursday (Feb 18), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,647.25 in early trade, up 1.28 per cent, or33.46 points.
Around 51.4 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 105 to 28.
