SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Friday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,115.09 in early trade, up 0.75 per cent, or 23.31 points.
Around 166.4 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 96 to 67.
