SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,299.11 in early trade, up 0.59 per cent, or 19.23 points.
Around 94.8 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 109 to 64.
