SINGAPORE - SMG Kids Clinic, a wholly-owned unit of Singapore Medical Group, will acquire pediatric clinics Children's Clinic Central and Kids Clinic @ Bishan for S$25.3 million.

The sellers are a group of senior pediatricians.

Singapore Medical Group said the acquisition will expand its offerings into pediatrics services and provide synergies with its obstetrics and gynaecology practices.

The clinics are also located in the heartlands, which will allow the group to expand its demographic of patients as well as increase its visibility and promote its brand in these new locations.
