The Singapore Exchange (SGX) said on Thursday that some of its customers may have received statements involving their Central Depository accounts for the month of May that contained errors.

"SGX wishes to inform the public that some customers may have received erroneous May 2015 Central Depository (CDP) printed account statements," it said in a statement.

SGX said it will provide these customers with updates in the next 24 hours.

"We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working with our vendor to investigate and resolve the issue," the statement said.

The exchange did not give any other details.
