SINGAPORE - Parco (Singapore), a unit of Japan's Parco has signed a lease agreement with the Amara Group, it was announced on Monday (Apr 25).
It will take up 14,000 sq ft of food and beverage space at level 3 of the mall 100 AM at 100 Tras Street.
A planned restaurant zone called itadakimasu by Parco, with a variety of authentic Japanese cuisines, is slated to open by the end of 2016.
Parco Singapore's chief executive Shigeyoshi Sato, said in a statement: "100 AM is a strategic choice for our new 'itadakimasu by Parco' concept in Singapore as it is located within the Central Business District, surrounded by new exciting developments such as the Tanjong Pagar Centre and the future Tanjong Pagar port area development."
It said the F&B space will add on to the choices of the large working population and residents there.
Amara Holdings chief executive Albert Teo said Parco is an iconic and reputable name to add to 100 AM's strong mix of tenant base, and that the new F&B zone "is a strategic fit".
