Tan Tze Wooi: Appointed deputy chief executive on Dec 1. Mr Tan, 43, will assist the chief executive in managing all aspects of the trust's operational performance and business growth. Mr Tan has more than 19 years of experience in property and corporate banking, among other things, in Singapore and China.

Tan Huat Ben: Will be appointed designate country chief executive of Singapore on Jan 1, and will later assume the country chief executive role in April.

Mr Tan, 48, has more than 23 years of experience in the consumer technology sector, and spent the last 16 years in senior leadership positions such as chief executive of Andios, a unit of Challenger Technologies.

Dolf Posthumus: Will assume the role of country chief for Malaysia on Jan 17.

The 45-year-old has more than 24 years of experience in end-to-end retail operations. He was most recently the head of operations of Giant for West Malaysia, having spent a total of 11 years in Malaysia in leadership roles. Mr Tim Luce, Courts Malaysia's acting country chief executive and group chief operating officer (COO), will focus on the regional COO portfolio from January.

Stan Kim: Will be re-designated as group chief innovation officer in April. The current country chief executive of Courts Singapore and group chief information officer, he will focus on accelerating the development of the group's e-commerce capabilities regionally.
