Michael Parker: Left the post of chief financial officer.

In a filing to the Singapore Exchange, Yuuzoo said its management felt that Mr Parker, 59, had "operational and territorial limitations for the charge of Yuuzoo's growth and expansion aspirations".

He had been in the role since June last year and stepped down on Aug 1.

Lim Aik Bin: Appointed chief financial officer with effect from Aug 1.

Mr Lim, 57, was previously corporate affairs director at Geo Energy Resources.

Before that he was the CFO at China Fanwo Public Security.


Ausgroup

Phillip Lodewikus Coetzer: Resigned as chief financial officer from Aug 1 to pursue other opportunities.

Mr Coetzer, 35, had been in the role since October last year.

Christian Andrew Robin Johnstone: Named chief financial officer from Aug 1 .

Mr Johnstone, 43, has more than 20 years of finance and corporate advisory experience, including a number of years in senior finance roles at publicly listed companies.

He has extensive experience spanning the mining, gas and industrial sectors, having previously worked as chief financial officer at Iron Ore Holdings, an Australian-listed company, for over four years.


OKH Global

Celine Tang @ Chen Huaidan: Named executive chairman and chief executive officer with effect from Aug 2.

Ms Tang, 49, is a shareholder of OKH's controlling shareholder, Haiyi Holdings.

She is a group managing director of Singhaiyi Group and has been managing director of Haiyi Holdings since 2003.

She has also been managing director of Tang Dynasty since 1995.


Correction note: An earlier version of the story stated that Celine Tang was previously group managing director of SingHaiyi Group. This is incorrect. The company has clarified that she still holds the post.
