Cheung Lap Kei: Mr Cheung was appointed as the firm's chief financial officer last Monday. The 44-year-old resides in Hong Kong and has served as CFO at China Zhongwang Holdings and United Photovoltaics Group.

DeClout

Cheryl Tan Choo Huang: Ms Tan, 46, was appointed as the firm's executive director for finance last Monday. She will be responsible for DeClout's financial management and investment plans. She was previously senior vice-president of finance at Kestrel Capital.

HLH Group

James Ng: Mr Ng, 48, was appointed as chief financial officer of the firm last Monday. He was previously CFO of VicPlas International, Bhatia International and EMS Energy. Separately, HLH announced the departure of group financial controller Tan Heng Khuan, who left on May 26 for personal reasons.

AusGroup

Larry Glenn Johnson: Mr Johnson, 63, ceased to be chief executive of the port and marine business unit of the firm, effective from July 15. The cessation was decided by AusGroup.

Midas Holdings

Liaw Kok Feng: Mr Liaw was appointed as chief financial officer of the firm last Friday. Mr Liaw, 38, has been Midas' financial controller since August 2013.
