Mr Gu, 48, is president of China Shipping Regional Holdings.

Wu Zi Heng: Retired as vice-chairman and president of the company from last Tuesday. Mr Wu, 60, had held the post since November 2011.

Tan Keng Keat (Chen Qingjie): Appointed as chief financial officer (designate) last Thursday. Mr Tan, 40, will take over from Ms Koh Chai Nyuk as chief financial officer on Oct 13. Mr Tan was previously director of Ethania and chief financial officer of Aquaint Capital Holdings. Ms Koh, 33, has resigned with effect from Oct 12 to pursue other career opportunities.

Lee Li Eng: Resigned as chief financial officer from last Wednesday to pursue personal interests. Ms Lee, 52, had held the post since last October.

Ng Chen Wei: Appointed as executive director last Thursday. Mr Ng, 38, is managing director and chief executive of Australia at Tat Hong subsidiary Tutt Bryant Group. He is the son of Mr Roland Ng San Tiong, the managing director and group chief executive of Tat Hong Holdings.
