Mr Huang, 56, will be on sabbatical from Sept 1 , although the effective date of his cessation will be on Dec 31.
He has been in the position since July 2013 and left to pursue his personal interests.
Prapakon Thongtheppairot: Appointed chief executive of the company's beer division on
Aug 19. He continues as alternate director of the company and a member of the board's executive, risk management, and food and beverage board committees.

Mak Hoe Kit: Appointed as chief investment officer, responsible for overseeing the investment and acquisition strategy of hospitality assets, including the enhancement of non-Reit (real estate investment trust) assets. He joins Frasers Hospitality from private equity fund manager Northstar Group, where he was executive director of real estate for the South-east Asian region.

Charles Madhavan: Resigned as executive director on Aug 17 to pursue personal interests. He has been in the position since March. Company chief executive Sydney Yeung Kin Bond and executive director Suyulianto Badung Tariono are responsible for the management of the group's oil and gas business segment, the company said.

Xiang Zhijing: Resigned as group finance manager with effect from Aug 14 to pursue other career opportunities.
Mr Xiang, 37, has been in the position since Dec 2011.

Chia Boon Kuah: Will retire as group president and chief executive officer on Aug 31.
Mr Chia, 58, has been in the position since February last year.
Choong Yee How: Named group president and chief executive officer with effect from Sept 1.
Mr Choong, 59, was previously the president and chief executive officer of Hong Leong Financial Group.
Parkson Retail Asia
Toh Peng Koon: Retiring as chief executive and executive director on Sept 18. Mr Toh, 61, has been in the role since May 2013. He has overseen the company's operations in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Vivien Cheng Hui Yuen: Appointed to the role of executive director with effect from Sept 18.
Ms Cheng, 26, is the daughter of Parkson Retail Asia executive chairman William Cheng. She is currently serving as the business development manager in Parkson's branding division, where she is responsible for bringing international brands into the South-east Asian market.
