Amy Ng Lee Hoon (above): Relinquished her roles as executive director and chief executive officer on Aug 1 to assume new responsibilities at Mapletree Investments.

Ms Ng, 49, is succeeded by 42-year-old Sharon Lim Hwee Li. Ms Lim was previously the trust manager's chief noperating officer.

Keith Wong Kuan Kit: Resigned as executive director on July 30. Mr Wong, 45, will remain with the company as assistant director of operations and finance until a replacement is appointed. Mr Wong is leaving to explore other opportunities.

SMJ International Holdings

Ng Hui Hsien: Appointed financial controller from Sept 16. Ms Ng, 34, will oversee overall matters on accounting, financial, human resource and information technology .

She is now an audit manager at Nexia TS Public Accounting Corporation.

Bernard Neoh Teck Wei: Resigned as chief financial officer on July 31. Mr Neoh, 38, has left to pursue other career opportunities.

Kenneth Lee Ngai Hon: Appointed senior financial controller on July 29.

Mr Lee, 45, was previously financial controller and company secretary of Marina Centre Holdings and its subsidiaries.
