A bankruptcy order was made in the High Court against Mr Chia, 45, which meant he had to vacate his position. Mr Chia is the brother of the company's chief executive, Mr Chia Wing Keong.

Ng Pei Eng: Appointed as chief financial officer with effect from Nov 14. Ms Ng, 43, was chief financial officer of Camkids Group from 2012 to 2015.
