Mapletree Logistics Trust

Wong Mei Lian: Resigned as chief financial officer of the trust's manager, and will leave her role on Nov 12. Ms Wong, 46, who was appointed on May 1 in 2010, is leaving to pursue other interests. She is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, capital management and taxation matters. A replacement has been found and the manager will make an announcement later.


Kitchen Culture Holdings

Alan Tye Seng Kuen: Ceased to be chief operating officer last Friday. Mr Tye, 41, left to pursue other career opportunities. He was appointed on Jan 15, and was responsible for overseeing the operations.


Fraser and Neave

Edmond Neo: Will be chief executive of the beer business on Oct 1. Mr Neo, 51, will oversee and drive the strategic growth of F&N's beer business.

He will succeed Mr Prapakon Thongtheppairot, who will focus on his new role as the spirit product group chief executive at Thai Beverage Public Company. Mr Neo was previously the general manager of regional brand development at F&N.

Bennett Neo: Will be chief executive of the food business on Oct 1. Nr Neo, 47, will be responsible for building and implementing strategies at F&N's food business. Before F&N, he was YCH Group's chief executive.


GP Industries

Lam Hin Lap: Will be executive director on Oct 1. Mr Lam, 54, will be responsible for the strategic brand-building activities and the business development of the group's brands globally.


Health Management International

Chin Wei Yao: Will be group chief financial officer on Oct 1.

Mr Chin, 34, will oversee the financial reporting and governance matters, and drive the improvement of the overall financial performance. He is the son of substantial shareholder Chin Koy Nam and managing director Gan See Khem .
