Charlie Chan: Ceased to be an executive director and managing director of the company from April 29. The ordinary resolution relating to the re-appointment of Mr Chan, 75, was not passed at the Annual General Meeting on April 29. Mr Chan had been executive director since 1982 and managing director since 2000.

CDW Holding

Akihiro Kiyota: Ceased to be chief operating officer from May 1, as part of the group's organisational development plan. Mr Kiyota, 54, remains an executive director of the company, overseeing overall strategy, planning and development of the group.

Makoto Yoshikawa: Appointed chief operating officer on May 1. Mr Yoshikawa, 43, joined Tomoike Industrial Co (TM Japan) in 1999 and has been an executive officer of TM Japan since 2014.

CH Offshore

Wong Soo Pin: Appointed group financial controller on Nov 26, last year. Ms Wong, 40, was previously group financial controller at KS Drilling and country controller at Ceva Freight.

GDS Global

Lim Lay Khim: Appointed financial controller last Tuesday. Ms Lim, 45, was previously financial controller at Albedo Limited and finance manager at Wilmar International.

Huationg Global

Goh Tuck Peng: Resigned as financial controller last Friday to pursue other career opportunities. Mr Goh, 45, had been in the position since 2014.

Karen Ji Cuihua: Appointed chief financial officer last Friday. Ms Ji, 39, was previously chief financial officer at Hengyang Petrochemical Logistics and group finance manager at HG Metal Manufacturing.

Ocean Sky International

Chia Yau Leong: Appointed to the role of executive director. Mr Chia, 43, joined Ocean Sky in 2008 and is also the firm's company secretary and financial controller. His appointment took effect last Friday.

Ang Boon Chong: Stepped down as non-executive director with effect from last Friday. Mr Ang, 53, left to pursue other interests.
