Mr Lum, 53, is an entrepreneur and IT veteran. He will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the firm's technology division.

Cui Peng: Appointed as executive director with effect from last Wednesday.

Mr Cui, 29, has been an associate director of the firm since last November. He will lead the company's business development and expansion, focusing on operations in China and South-east Asia.

Premod Paul Thomas: Appointed as independent non-executive director with effect from June 15.

Mr Thomas, 58, is also a member of the audit committee.

BreadTalk Group

Lawrence Yeo Kia Yeow: Resigned as group chief financial officer with effect from June 10. Mr Yeo, 54, stepped down to pursue other career opportunities.

Chan Ying Jian: Appointed as group chief financial officer with effect from June 10.

Mr Chan, 32, is responsible for the group's finance, legal and risk functions, and also other investment matters.

China Mining International

Wang Fu Min: Appointed as executive director with effect from June 15.

Mr Wang, 51, is responsible for the firm's mining-related operations.

He has been working in the industry for 28 years.
