SINGAPORE - Sembcorp Industries has named corporate restructuring specialist Nicky Tan, an independent non-executive director of the company, to its board's executive committee (exco).

The appointment of Mr Tan will take effect from Jan 1, Sembcorp said on Thursday (Dec 31).

The other members of the exco are chairman Ang Kong Hua, Sembcorp group president and chief executive officer Tang Kin Fei and non-executive and non-independent director Margaret Lui.
