1 JEP Holdings unit JEP China has entered into a joint venture with Kun Shan Hang Fu Investment to provide precision machining and engineering services for the aerospace industry.

2 Spackman Entertainment has acquired a 10 per cent stake in NSY Group, which owns Nunsongyee, a Korean dessert cafe chain in Singapore. The consideration was $137,755 in cash.

3 Loyz Energy will change its name to CWX Global as its business will also comprise investment, including private equity deals, as well as the trading of equities, commodities and other financial instruments.

4 Travelite's 35 per cent associate, Delsey Singapore, has bought 100 per cent of Delsey Luggage Malaysia, which sells Delsey luggage and travel-related goods.

5 Duty-Free International bought back 500,000 of its shares at 28 cents each for a total outlay of $140,434.
