- The best performers this year among the 37 stocks with market caps above $1 billion and dividend yields over 4 per cent are Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust, Keppel DC Reit, Venture Corp, Keppel Reit and Mapletree Commercial Trust.
- Mainboard-listed Thakral Corporation has expanded further in Japan by investing in the 105-room Hotel Oaks Reaze Tsukamoto in Osaka.
- Construction firm Keong Hong said net profit fell 9 per cent to $34.7 million for the full year ended Sept 30 while revenue fell 12 per cent to $248 million. It declared a final dividend of three cents per share.
- Citic Envirotech is proposing to split one existing ordinary share into two. The lower price will make the shares more affordable and encourage greater participation by investors, it said.
