Market highlights

1 Keppel Corp and Shell Eastern Petroleum will form a 50:50 joint venture to supply liquefied natural gas bunkering services in Singapore to vessels in the Singapore port and other related services.

2 Europtronic Group and other shareholders of Europtronic (Suzhou) have agreed to sell Europtronic (Suzhou) to Nantong Jianghai Power Electronics for 180 million yuan (S$36 million).

3 As the free float of Pteris Global is now less than 10 per cent, the company said it may seek a voluntary delisting.

4 Securities market turnover value fell 9 per cent last month from a year earlier to $22.5 billion during 22 trading days, compared with 21 trading days in June last year, said the Singapore Exchange.

5 There were two mainboard listings here last month, raising $903 million, and 29 bond listings raising $15.7 billion. Total market capitalisation was $898.7 billion as at June 30.
