SINGAPORE - LMIRT Management, the manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust) announced a S$1 billion euro medium-term securities programme.
LMIRT Capital and trustee HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore), have established the programme.
LMIRT Capital and LMIRT Trustee may issue medium-term notes from time to time.
The notes issued by LMIRT Capital "will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed" by the trustee.
The trustee may also issue perpetual securities from time to time.
An application has been made to Singapore Exchange Securities Trading for permission to deal in and list the securities. There is no assurance that the application will be approved.
