SINGAPORE - Mainboard-listed GLP, a modern logistics facility provider, has signed new leases for 215,000 sq ft in Sao Paulo, by two Brazil firms.
One of the two new customers for the firm is a global healthcare company that has leased 140,000 sq ft at GLP Guarulhos.
The other is a third-party logistics provider that has leased 75,000 sq ft at GLP Campinas, "to serve domestic demand for mobile phone and related products".
GLP Brazil Mauro Dias said: "Despite the challenging economic environment customers continue to lease from GLP as our high-quality and well-located facilities are able to help them reduce costs and maximise efficiency as they consolidate their operations."
