SINGAPORE - Mainboard-listed Advance SCT Limited has announced the appointment of Mr Ng Siew Hoon as the new Independent Director of the company, following the resignation of Mr Attlee Hue Kuan Yew.

Mr Huang Zhihao will be the new Company Secretary in place of Mr Ng Siew Hoong, a release issued on Monday stated.

Non-independent director Mr Peter Choo Chee Kong has also put in his papers to pursue other interests, the company announced.

The changes will come into effect from Jun 8, 2015.
