Mainboard-listed Gaylin Holdings announced on Thursday the death of Mr Teo Bee Kheng, the company's executive director and chief operating officer (COO).

Mr Teo, a co-founder of Gaylin, died on Tuesday, Dec 2, at the age of 60.

Mr Teo Bee Hoe, his brother and deputy COO, has assumed the position of COO and will take over the management of the offshore rigging and lifting solutions company's production department.

Gaylin chief executive officer Desmond Teo Bee Chiong, also the late Mr Teo's brother, said that there is a strong team in place to ensure continued smooth operations.
