SINGAPORE - Frasers Logistics and Industrial Trust was trading at 91 cents in its debut on Tuesday (June 21) morning, up from its initial offering price of 89 cents.
The real estate investment trust (Reit) was slated to start trading at 4.30pm on Monday, but was put on a trading halt as its manager said the short trading time may "give rise to a disorderly trading market in the units".
Frasers Logistics raised $903 million from the initial public offer, and the 80 million units on offer to the public was 3.9 times subscribed.
