DeClout subsidiary Procurri lodges preliminary prospectus for SGX mainboard listing

SINGAPORE - Catalist-listed tech firm DeClout announced on Wednesday (June 29) that its subsidiary, Procurri Corporation, has lodged a preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in connection with its proposed listing on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.

Procurri is a provider of data centre equipmentand various information technology hardware, equipment and software services. It is expected to be Singapore's first tech and corporate mainboard listing this year.

The proposed listing is in line with DeClout's growth strategy to identify, incubate and scale growing businesses, the company said in a statement.

DeClout was listed on the Catalist board in 2012.
