China Everbright Water has new waste water treatment project in China

SINGAPORE - Mainboard-listed China Everbright Water, which provides integrated environmental water services, announced a new project.

It has won a project to treat municipal waste water from the Shudong new urban area, east of Shu River in Ju County.

A facility will be constructed on a build-operate-transfer basis, and has a designed daily waste water treatment capacity of 20,000 m³, with a concession period of 30 years.

The total investment of the project is about 50 million yuan, and the water discharge will comply with the national Grade 1A standard.

The project is expected to be completed and begin operations in 2017.
