SINGAPORE - City Developments' outgoing chief financial officer (CFO), Ms Goh Ann Nee, has been appointed the new CFO of Raffles Medical Group.
Her appointment will take effect from Feb 1, Raffles Medical said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange on Thursday (Jan 21).
It said Ms Goh, 56, will be responsible for all matters relating to finance, tax, treasury and investor relations.
Before joining CDL in 2005, she was vice-president (finance) at CDL's hotel arm Millennium & Copthorne International.
Her resignation from CDL, announced on Tuesday, will take effect from Jan 26. CDL said it has started an external search for a successor.
