BlackRock holds about 3.2 per cent of KepLand's issued shares

Investment manager BlackRock holds 49.5 million shares of Keppel Land, or about 3.2 per cent of its issued shares, after recent purchases.

Announcing this yesterday, KepLand parent Keppel Corp said BlackRock bought nearly two million KepLand shares between $4.5438 and $4.5526 from Feb 18 to 20.

It said BlackRock is an associate firm involved with the voluntary unconditional cash offer for all the issued ordinary shares in KepLand.

DBS Bank and Credit Suisse Singapore are the joint financial advisers.
