BEIJING (AFP) - China's annual trade surplus rose 12.8 per cent to US$259.75 billion (S$330 billion) in 2013 from the previous year, official data showed on Friday.

Exports from the world's second-largest economy rose 7.9 per cent to US$2.21 trillion, while imports increased 7.3 per cent to US$1.95 trillion, the General Administration of Customs announced.
