The chief executive officer of lifestyle and entertainment group Lifebrandz is stepping down from the role to pursue his own interests.

Mr Bernard Lim Miang, 45, will relinquish his position with effect from Nov 30. But he will remain on the board and will be re-designated as a non-executive director, the Singapore-listed company said in a statement on Tuesday.

He will be replaced as CEO by Mr Cedric Chong, who will head the company effective Dec 1.

Mr Chong, 33, has been an executive director of Lifebrandz since May this year. Previously, he was managing director of Massive Collective, a private company that launched nightclubs here including Mink and Royal Room at Pan Pacific Singapore.
