Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings has warned of a significantly lower revenue and a loss for the second quarter due to lower demand for its products.

As a result, the company has temporarily stopped producing fertilizers at its plants in Xiangyin and Hanshou during the entire three months to June 30.

Further details will be disclosed when the company announces its second quarter results in due course.
