The sale of the strata-titled units at Carros Centre has been launched, said its marketing agent Colliers International on May 19.
The freehold seven-storey industrial and warehouse development at 60 Jalan Lam Huat has 383 ramp-up units, and 213 units from from the third to fifth level are for sale.
These range from about 1,700 sq ft to 4,198 sq ft, have direct vehicular access and a column-free layout for maximised space planning. Prices start from $870 per sq ft.
They have a loading capacity of 12.5 kilonewton per sq m (kN psm) and a floor-to-floor height of 6 metres.
Each unit has an attached toilet and floor trap connected to a common garage gully.
There is no void space in the units for sale, said Colliers, and the development is slated to get its temporary occupation permit in 2017.
Mr Tan Boon Leong, Colliers International executive director of industrial service, said: "Carros Centre is slated to be the largest freehold automobile mega hub in Singapore to date, based on its built-up area of more than 2.3 million sq ft.
"With the developer holding onto approximately 60 per cent of the development's total net lettable floor area for lease, buyers can be assured that there will be a good tenant mix of complementary trade."
