Bonuses last year were the same size or smaller than they were in 2011 for most finance professionals in Singapore.

Only three out of 10 finance professionals said their bonus payment last year was larger than in 2011, a survey by online career website eFinancialCareers Singapore found.

Slightly over half of the 683 Singapore-based professionals who have responded to the survey so far said they were disappointed and that their bonus was lower than they had expected.

The survey began on Jan 31 and will close at the end of February.
