WASHINGTON (AFP) - The United States and France stand united on the fight against terrorism and nuclear proliferation, French President Francois Hollande said on Tuesday at the White House.

Mr Hollande also said he and US President Barack Obama were working together to resolve "crises in the Middle East" including the situation in Syria and on development in Africa.
