Lockdown after shooting reported at university in South Carolina
CONWAY, South Carolina - Officials at Coastal Carolina University have ordered a lockdown of campus buildings after a shooting at a school apartment complex.
Washington Post quoted school spokesman Doug Bell as saying that the shooting on Tuesday night occurred at University Place.
Mr Bell said all students and personnel have been requested to stay indoors, according to the newspaper.
The spokesman said he had no information about when the shooting occurred or whether anyone was wounded.
