GAZA CITY (AP) - Rocket fire from the Hamas-run Gaza Strip has subsided as cease-fire efforts appear to be gaining momentum.
But the Israeli military is pressing ahead with its offensive against Palestinian rocket squads there.
The Israeli military said Sunday morning that Gaza militants have not attacked Israel since the night before.
The lull coincides with Egyptian-led efforts to negotiate an end to the 5-day-old confrontation.
