London Zoo conducts annual weigh-in for animals
Ever wondered how a tiger's height is measured? Zookeepers at the London Zoo had to dangle a piece of meat to entice Jae Jae, a sumatran tiger, to jump up next to a height chart.
The zoo conducted its annual weigh-in and measuring of its animals on Wednesday.
There were creatures more docile than Jae Jae, of course. Frogs and owls were just some of the animals which were measured using a variety of instruments. Have a look at how it happened in the picture gallery above.
